True, the view of the ocean or the sea is pleasant in itself. Ideally, if such a picture is the first thing you see, waking up in the morning in your bed.

A two-story mansion with a basement of approximately 600 square meters is located on a picturesque hill and as if surrounded by greenery. On the ground floor there is a recreation area, which includes large and small living rooms, a study, a dining room with a dining table for 10 seats, a bar island for breakfast and an open kitchen. Thanks to the designs of the house, we were able to maximize the space and make it one, zoned with a soft panel, fireplace, glass stained-glass windows and transformable partitions. On the second floor there are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In the basement there was a place for a gym, a wine cellar, a spa area with a hammam, a pantry, a laundry room and a garage for 2 cars.

The central place in the living room was occupied by a modular sofa of radius shape. Moreover, this composition allows you to very interestingly zoning space. The sofa seems to divide the premise of the main living room into two zones. One zone is facing the bar island, whereby increasing the number of seats in the bar area. It will be very convenient in the evening, when you want to drink a glass. Another zone is opened towards the pool and makes it possible to enjoy the sunset in the evening hours. If you want to lie down by the fireplace, you can do this in the small living room on a very deep and spacious sofa. And if you want to retire and work in the office, then the transformable partitions will help to separate the space of the office from the living room.

Textiles have become the main decor of the bedrooms. The spaces are not very large on the 2nd floor and most of them are beds. Therefore, textile design has become the main focus. Each bedroom is individual and meets the style and color preferences of the bedroom owners. In the main bedroom it is worth noting a completely amazing carpet. A sufficiently bright gradient from saturated tiffany to fuchsia gives the room brightness. And if you deploy it, you can change the mood of the room and thereby, the carpet will never get bored. The son's salvation is quite strict and is designed for a boy of a slightly older age, but we all know how fast the children grow. In the daughter's room, the main emphasis is the carpet, which combines all the shades of rainbows, but at the same time quite restrained in richness and I am sure that it is unlikely to ever get bored.
