The idea
Absolutely everyone would have liked this house. A two-story mansion with a basement of approximately 600 square meters is located on a picturesque hill and as if surrounded by greenery. The site itself is not large in shape, but was able to accommodate a recreation area and a reasonably large pool and parking for cars.
We faced the difficult task of restoring the appearance of the building. We did not have the opportunity to change the marks and roofing, as well as the configuration of the external walls. We enlarged the existing window openings, and some completely cut through. Thus, almost completely opened the interior to the exterior.
In the decoration of the facade we used plaster. The basement sinks relative to the main field of the wall and is covered with stone plaster to the tone of the facade itself. A built-in facade blinds help protect the house from direct sunlight and does not worsen the appearance of the building.
